This is the easiest part! Once your models are created and validated, generation is quick and straightforward.

Generate a file

1. Navigate through a view adapted to a PowerPoint template.

2. In the toolbar From the board view, locate the button PPTX.

3. Select the model

4. Wait And download

Understanding the generated file

• 📥 The file arrives in Downloads

• 📝 Rename it if you generate multiple versions (e.g.: Projet_2025_v1.pptx)

• 🔄 You can regenerate as many times as you want

File contents

• Number of slides: Equal to the number of elements present in the selected view

• Content of each slide: Your model is populated with the data for each element.

• Slide order: Depends on the order of the elements in the displayed view

Special cases

No model available?

The button PPTX maybe:

• Greyed (inactive): No model has been configured for this board
  • Solution: See Create your template

• Visible but empty: The models exist but they don't correspond to your role
  • Solution: Contact the board administrator

An element without data?

If an attribute has no value for an element:

• The block remains empty (or displays a default value if configured).

• The other attributes are displayed normally.

• The slide is still created

If the result is not good

1. Check the model:
   • Do you see the problem on the copy of the board?

   • If so, modify the model (see Create your template)

2. Modify and regenerate:
   • Upload of the corrected model

   • Generating a new file

   • Comparison with the old one

3. If it's a one-off problem:
   • You can edit the manually generated PowerPoint

   • Please note that this is a one-off fix (the next generation will start from the model).
