The workspace is the basic working element in the Suivi application. It is impossible to create your boards until you have created at least one workspace. You can create as many as needed according to your requirements.
Create a workspace
When you arrive on the Suivi home page, you do not have any workspace. You must therefore start by creating one as follows:
- Click on the + button next to the Workspaces label.
- Enter the workspace label and click Validate.
Your workspace is created. You are currently the only member of this board. For others to access it, you will need to invite them.

Rename a workspace
To rename a workspace:
- Click on the … button.
- Choose Rename workspace.

Invite a member to a workspace
To allow someone to access your workspace, you need to invite them to it.
To learn about the different possible roles in Suivi and invite a member, see the Invitations and roles page.
Archive a workspace
When there are too many workspaces, it can be useful to archive them if you want to keep a record of them without deleting them.
To do this, simply archive the workspace, which is then moved to the archives: the workspace is still available in your organization but it is no longer loaded on the home page.
To archive a workspace, proceed as follows:
- Click on the … button on the title line of your workspace on the home page.
- Choose Archive workspace.

Restore an archived workspace
When a workspace is archived, it is not deleted but simply moved to the archives and hidden from the home page. It can therefore be restored at any time.
To restore it, proceed as follows:
- Click on Access archives on the home page.
- Click the Restore button on the line of the workspace to restore. The workspace reappears on the home page with its boards

Delete a workspace
Permanently deleting a workspace is done in 2 steps:
- Archive the workspace
- Permanently delete the workspace
To delete a workspace:
- Archive the workspace (see the section above).
- Click on Go to archives.
- Click on the Delete button on the line of the workspace to restore.
