This Suivi board centralizes a list of professional skills, each accompanied by a detailed description. It allows you to reference and document key competencies for employees, facilitating human resources management, skills assessment, and training planning.

Board structure
27 skills, with a rich text description. (examples: Project Management, Analysis, Cybersecurity, UX/UI Design, Process Automation, IT Network Management, Strategic Planning, Decision Making, etc.).
Each entity contains descriptions structured in levels (1 to 4 or 5), describing the expected behaviors for each skill level.
Fields
- Skill (Type: Text): Main field for the skill name.
- Description (Type: RichText): Field for the detailed skill description, including proficiency levels.
Ready-to-use views
- Default view (Type: Grid, sharing disabled, auto-save enabled): Grid view with columns for Skill and Description fields. The relation field is hidden.

- Skill cards (Type: Card, sharing enabled, auto-save disabled): Card view, with title based on the Skill field and description based on the Description field. Grouping is set on the hidden relation field.

Best practices
- Use the Grid view for editing and data management, and the Card view for visual presentation during HR reviews.
- Keep descriptions up to date to reflect changes in business expectations.
- Use the Card view sharing feature for read-only consultations.
