This Suivi board centralizes a list of professional skills, each accompanied by a detailed description. It allows you to reference and document key competencies for employees, facilitating human resources management, skills assessment, and training planning.

What is this template for?


  • Skills audit: Conduct a review and update of skills descriptions to align with HR standards.
  • Onboarding: Manage the training of new employees on expected skills.

How to Get Started (in 10 Minutes)

  1. Add your company's jobs and skills
    • 1 row per job type.
    • 1 attribute per skill.
  1. Assess expected skills
    • Update the ratings (stars) for expected skills.

What the template contains

The board offers:

An "ALL" section, complete display of job types and all expected skills.

A "JOBS" section, which contains a view for each type of position, allowing read-only access to external users (managers, team leaders, etc.).

Board structure

27 skills, with a description in rich text. (example: Project Management, Analysis, Cybersecurity, UX/UI Design, Process Automation, IT Network Management, Strategic Planning, Decision Making, etc.).

Each entity contains descriptions structured in levels (1 to 4 or 5), describing the expected behaviors for each skill level.

Fields


  • Skill (Type: Text, non-multiline, non-collection): Main field for the skill name.
  • Description (Type: RichText, non-collection): Field for the detailed description of the skill, including proficiency levels.

Views

  • All position types (Type: Grid): Grid view with columns for the Skill and Description fields. The relation field is hidden.
  • Skill cards (Type: Card): Card view, with title based on the Skill field and description based on the Description field.
